Morris Property Group was appointed as the head contractor for the
full building integrated fit out at 152 Wharf Street, Spring Hill.
The success of Morris Property Group’s projects reflects the strong relationships

This was no exception, with the principal furniture supplier for this project, Innerspace QLD. On multiple
occasions throughout the project, Innerspace exceeded expectations, responded promptly to required
changes, and outperformed their competition.

to work with, and we would have no hesitations in engaging with Innerspace on future projects

The building has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed. I'm impressed at the small things
that contribute in a big way to the functionality of the space. The movable tables that split apart and are
oriented to the lectern, with a spot in the carpet to guide replacement. The easily fitted partitions that make
the tables fit for exam conditions. The movable lectern that allows the lecturer to move around the space.
The simple overhead projector type set up and the way you can mirror your laptop to the screens. The restful
textures and colour choices that don't distract the eye. I think students and teaching staff will love this space.
